What is Compression molded?

Compression molded is defined by taking a pre-measured amount of raw rubber material that is placed into a heated open lower mold cavity. 

The top cavity is then forced closed, causing the raw material to flow through the shape of the mold. 

After curing, the mold cavity is opened and the shapes can be removed.

Rubber goods include mounts, compressor grommets, suspension air bags, rubber shock absorber pads and capacitor boots. 

Capabilities include bonding, design, fabrication, machining, prototyping, sourcing, and stamping. 

Molded rubber goods are widely usde in automotive, commercial vehicle, HVAC, rail transit, solar, door and wind industries.
