Sponge profiles and extrusions are made of EPDM or Silicone sponge rubber. 

The hardness is 20-50 Shore A,the material is very softer than EPDM or Silicone solid rubber.

The densites of this sponge rubber extrusion ranging from 0.20g/cm³ to 0.90g/cm³.

We produce a range of sponge densities and supply co-extruded profiles combining various sponge densities into a single profile. 

The profiles are widely used in doors,windows,automotive,boat,buildings and marine.
